The sentiment originally came from Confucius — and I'm delighted to say that, apart from spending a nice day fishing, there is nothing our team would rather do than be here, helping dentists provide patients with the most beautiful smiles possible.
My name is John Palmer, and I established Palmer Dental Ceramics over 30 years ago and served 8 years in the Air Force as a dental lab technician.
With a focus on high quality, great service and absolute consistency, it wasn't long before Palmer Dental Ceramics became a fast-growing San Antonio dental lab. We grew to a10-technician team — at which point I personally decided to scale our team back to 6.
This, I believe, allows us to maximize the value and quality of our prosthetics. Too many team members and quality declines; too few and costs increase. With 6 technicians passionate about their work, we're able to ensure that every case is executed carefully and accurately for high consistency.
Our success has largely been built not only on our superior quality and service — but on you, our loyal client, as well. We understand that our business is made possible only by your business, which is why we strive every day to exceed your expectations. We're proud to say that we have a high rate of referrals. I am personally appreciative of the many technicians who started out here and have since gone on to become respected and successful dental laboratory owners who do some amazing work.
